Privacy and personal data
Updated: 14 October 2026.
Who is responsible for your data?
VETOZON SRL, Place Alphonse Favresse 45/2, 1310 La Hulpe, Belgium (company 1004.258.618), is the controller for data received through this website. Contact: info@vetozon.com.
Information collected through forms
Depending on your enquiry, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, town and country for veterinary guidance, optional practice or organisation, device of interest and message. Required fields are marked. The forms do not offer medical file uploads.
Vetozon does not hold medical records
Vetozon does not keep veterinary medical records: these remain with the veterinarians. Do not submit medical records, examination reports or other medical documents through the form. Only describe the general purpose of your enquiry.
Purposes and legal bases
We use this information to respond, provide guidance or prepare an equipment discussion. General enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing the requested service; quotation requests and pre-contractual steps are handled on the basis of the steps you ask us to take before a contract. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients and transmission
Enquiries are emailed to info@vetozon.com and handled by authorised Vetozon staff. Messages are not stored in a WordPress form-entry database. Hosting, email and maintenance providers are involved as necessary to provide the service. Introducing you or sharing your contact details with a veterinarian is arranged with you, without automatic forwarding by the form.
Retention
Correspondence is kept while we handle your enquiry and complete the necessary follow-up. It is then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, unless a legal obligation or a justified need to retain evidence applies. If an enquiry leads to a contract, the associated records follow the retention rules applicable to that relationship.
Security and technical operation
The website uses HTTPS. Antispam controls temporarily use a technical identifier derived from the network address and submission tokens, without storing the message content in those controls. These technical data expire after no more than two hours. Hosting logs follow the provider’s security and retention rules.
Cookies
This version of the website has no advertising or third-party audience measurement. WordPress may use cookies necessary for administration and technical operation; the preview tool also uses session data while the website is being prepared. External links lead to websites with their own policies.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing and exercise your right to object. Data portability applies where its conditions are met. Email info@vetozon.com with your request. Proportionate identity verification may be requested where necessary. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
